Preparation of the T3 Trust Return for Estates of deceased taxpayers. Recording tax slips obtained after date of death, expenses, disbursements if required, interest and capital gains/losses as required.

Preparation and filing of T5 Summary and T5 Slips for Dividends declared at corporate year end based on tax planning and shareholder draws. T4 Summary and T4 preparation and filing including reconciliation of year end source deduction remittances to CRA with accounting system to ensure they are balanced. Payroll source deduction calculations for employees, instruction and guidance provided as required. Ensure all filing deadlines are adhered to and documents filed on time and accurate.

First, we'd love to learn more about you and your business. Let's have a chat and get to know each other better, so we can determine if we're the right fit for each other.
Second, we'll grab all the necessary information to get started like: your prior years financial statements, tax returns, personal tax returns, tax slips, corporate business numbers etc.
Lastly, the fun part! Within 2 weeks, we'll have a good chunk of the work done. We'll have a meeting to go over the drafts while ensuring you're kept in the loop at every stage of the process!
